Solid plan, slow support
I picked up the Unlimited Priority Plan and a SIM Kit for my existing phone. The coverage is great, just like I expected from the Verizon network. Data speeds have been really good too. However, I had a question about international calling add-ons and trying to get through to customer service took quite a while. The wait times were a bit long. Once I connected, they were helpful, but that initial wait could definitely improve. Still, the service itself is strong for the price.
